Well, a quick recap of first impressions I have of the Twins season so far.
The team opened up the season blazing hot taking sweeping the series from Baltimore and we thought the guys would go undefeated this season... am I right huh? huh?
But nooooo.... they went ahead and lost a game, and then the Yankees thrashed them twice in quick succession and now we thought, oh my god! Doesn't Gardy know anything!?!
All this, plus Nathan has blown a save and allowed... wait for it... HITS. Clearly he must be traded pronto!
But, baseball has these things called averages and things will balance out. At least the team won't find themselves 12 games out in the first week of the season like last year!
Not wanting to write a 20 page first post detailing every game of the first few weeks of the seson I'll stop here and have to promise more scintillating posts on the games that ar about to be played.
